Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in disability and health claims insurance,
either as a claims adjuster or CSR.
* PC and Word Perfect proficiency.
* Continuing education courses are a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and broad product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* Work with policy holders, insureds, attorneys and agencies.
* Contract interpretation, investigation and claim management.
