We're looking for an experienced Service Systems Analyst to manage service database systems. Ziprint, Inc., is an international provider of solutions in copying, printing and plotting. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Database integrity/security.
* Generating reports, using PC software.
* Assisting and training field personnel on various PC laptop
programs, including DOS, Lotus Notes, File Transfer
and network skills.
* Training field personnel on the service database systems.
Applicants must have a BA, 5 years of related experience, proficiency with a variety of software, a knowledge of training techniques, strong project management skills, and a background in a service organization.
