You will also be involved in employee relations, conducting follow-up/probationary/exit interviews, and coordinating a comprehensive orientation program. We provide you great recruiting materials and assistance, ranging from an MTV-style exhibit that gets attention at campus job fairs to a direct mail expert on staff who can assist you with dynamic, targeted recruiting efforts.
Requirements include:
* College degree in Personnel, Business, or Behavioral Science.
* Minimum 5 years on-the-job experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Background in program management and employee relations.
* Strong professional recruitment network.
* Experience with job fairs and campus recruitment.
* Knowledge of personality and skills testing programs.
