As an Organizational Consultant with Team Builders Inc., you'll work with businesses of all sizes to assess and implement change. You will evaluate organizational competencies, then design strategies for revitalizing company structures to improve long-term effectiveness. Among the concepts you'll rate are teaming options, employee involvement, customer service initiatives, training needs, and lines of communication.
Working with all levels of management and staff, you will facilitate discussions, establish a schedule of regular program evaluations, and provide leadership. As programs are approved, you also will coordinate in-house training efforts to launch the programs successfully.
Position Requirements:
* 7-10 years of applicable experience
* Masters degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational
Development or related field.
* Ability to interact with senior managers as well as production
line workers.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Expertise in gathering, compiling, and analyzing data.
