*  Minimum 10 years experience in all facets of HR management.
*  Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, Master's degree

Duties & Deeds:
*  Oversees all Human Resource programs and administration.

*  Sets annual budget, with a full cost-benefit analysis of
    programs/services offered.

    objectives.
