Tribute Amusements, an information and entertainment company with skyrocketing growth, has an opening on our corporate Human Resources team for a Compensation Specialist. Responsibilities include conducting job analysis interviews, evaluating jobs, and writing job descriptions. In addition, this individual will provide analysis reports on job evaluation activities, salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, market trends, and employee training.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
* 3-5 years experience specializing in compensation area.
* Previous use of Hay system or other point-factor system.
* Proficiency with a computer analysis system, including database
software and HRIS.
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to develop cost-benefit analyses.
* Desire to work in a challenging team environment.
