Tribute Amusements, an information and entertainment company with skyrocketing growth, has an opening for a COMPENSATION SPECIALIST.
Responsibilities include conducting job analysis interviews, evaluating jobs, and writing job descriptions. Also provide analysis reports on job evaluation activities, salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, and market trends.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
* 3-5 years experience specializing in compensation area.
* Previous use of Hay system or other point-factor system.
* Proficiency with a computer analysis system, including database
software and HRIS.
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
