Get packing! This is a dream job with a full-service travel agency, specializing in exotic group tours. We are affiliated with the Smith Travel Network, with 1,500 offices in 80 different countries. Our Group Tour Coordinator will work directly with clients to plan trips for groups of 10-50 people.
Responsibilities include:
* Researching destinations for special events, attractions,
historical sites, shopping, dining, and accommodations.
* Handling all ground, air, and water transportation.
* Arranging daily itineraries and supplying clients with individual
travel packets including maps, tips on local customs, and an
outline of necessary documents, medical information, and
"in case of emergency" contacts.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in related field.
* Strong organizational and customer service skills.
* Ability to negotiate.
* Hands-on knowledge of SABRE system.
* Valid passport.
* Fluency in Spanish, German or French a plus.
* Diverse travel experience, including international.
