The Palladium, Inc., an established, national leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced executive chef to run the kitchen of our upscale, hotel-based, fine dining restaurant in Ocean City. You'll be responsible for menu development, including popular regional specialties and daily lunch and dinner specials. In addition, you'll manage all ingredient acquisition, inventory control, food preparation, personnel training, and budget development. You'll also work closely with our on-site Sales Representative to cater banquets and meals for large groups.
This is a salaried, full-time position requiring evening, weekend and holiday hours. We need a team player with strong leadership, teaching and organizational skills, and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar restaurant environment.

Each year, we send five chefs from our system to France for one month of training. We also have a system-wide contest for original recipes each year; five winners receive $5,000 bonuses.
