Sleep Inn Hotels Inc., a growing $400 million/year hospitality company, is creating a new opportunity in our management structure at the property level. These positions are part of a $15 million corporate program to integrate all property management systems with the new central reservations system. Positions are available throughout the Midwest and Southern regions.
Responsibilities include:
* Implement, monitor, and control reservations office systems
and procedures to improve operating profit.
* Monitor and control all sales channels to improve profitability.
* Forecast and build future business.
* Communicate revenue goals and information among all hotel
departments.
The right candidate will possess strong analytical/organizational skills, excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of inventory management systems, and a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in reservations/front desk operations.
After 1-month of training in Birmingham, you will be assigned to a facility in a major metropolitan area.
