Customer Service Representative needed for Wisdom Dental, Inc., a rapidly expanding, network-based managed dental care provider. Have you ever had questions about your health insurance and discovered that getting understandable answers was like pulling teeth? We want to be different. You'll be our "answer" person. The position involves answering inquiries (phone, fax and mail) from providers and beneficiaries. You'll be responsible for resolving customer/provider relations issues and providing accurate benefit and policy information.
Requirements:
* Experience in dentistry ideal.
* 1-year customer service experience in a managed care environment
required.
* College degree preferred.
* Hands-on computer experience essential.
