ASSOCIATE ADMINISTRATOR needed the for prestigious Horizons Retirement Center in Chesapeake, Maryland. Horizons, Inc., is one of the nation's leaders in providing alternatives for seniors and others who cannot live independently. We have 53 centers, concentrated in the Northeast. In this position, you will work closely with staff and listen closely to residents to ensure that we offer services, activities, amenities and an atmosphere that encourages residents to realize their potential and enjoy life.

Requirements:
*  NHA licensure in the State of Maryland.
*  Degree in business, health or related field.
*  2 years experience in long-term care environment or retirement.

*  Strong financial & interpersonal skills.
*  Planning, organizational and motivational skills.
*  Will work closely with staff to ensure an atmosphere that
    encourages residents to realize their potential and enjoy life.
