M & C Financial Corp., the fastest-growing mortgage lender in the Seattle area, is seeking a Loan Underwriter to help us continue our aggressive growth. This individual will be responsible for monitoring credit decisions and overall loan file integrity. Currently, our loan portfolio exceeds $50 million.
As Loan Underwriter, your responsibilities will include reviewing applications/loan sales documentation, income analysis, title, and appraisal reviews. It's a fast-paced environment, and potential customers always want approvals immediately. We need a professional who is detail-oriented and decisive. Must have a least 2 years of experience in real estate lending and a college degree. Good oral and written communication skills are essential.
You'll work in our ultramodern downtown office, within walking distance of the Space Needle. You'll have an administrative assistant to help you handle the high volume of applications. No relocation assistance is available, but we do offer an excellent benefits package. Salary is commensurate with ability and experience. This is a great place to add to your experience.
