Manager of Finance for the Des Moines branch of X Y & Z, Inc., an aggressive, national communications company. If you want experience with a company that is shaping tomorrow, the future is calling. In this position, you will supervise all financial functions in the Des Moines operating area, and have a staff of nine experienced professionals. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving the profitability of the unit and reporting to our home office in Houston. You will also be required to respond quickly to significant changes, review contributing factors, recommend action.
Requirements:
* 6 years experience in finance, accounting and matrix management.
* Supervisory experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
* Working knowledge of business case development.
