Century Bank, a regional full-service financial institution, is seeking an experienced student loan specialist. Individual must have exceptional phone skills and be able to handle constant contact with customers. You will be responsible for answering questions, reviewing accounts and expediting solutions to problems.
Requirements:
* 2 years recent experience in student lending (FFELP).
* Knowledge of industry regulations.
* Technical proficiency on external servicer software
(SLMA, USA Group, etc.).
* PC skills; familiarity with LOTUS 1-2-3, AMIPRO, APPROACH.
