Countybank, a leading national financial institution and loan originator, has an immediate opening for a Chief Commercial Appraiser in our Peoria office. You will cover the mid-Illinois area, so experience in a variety of industries, including agriculture-based and manufacturing, is ideal. This position entails a lot more than office buildings. You will work closely with our V.P.-Commercial Lending.
Applicants must have 4 years' experience (preferably with a financial institution, though experience with a real estate organization will be considered). Illinois general appraisal license is required. Applicant must also have a clean driving record, as this position will require extensive travel. We will provide a company car and a generous travel allowance.
