The Customer Support Engineer is a key position in our organization. Requires an experienced professional to provide technical and post-sales support for assigned customer base and field sales team. In this role, you'll handle problem isolation/repair, complex hardware installations, upgrades, and transitions to our architecture from other systems. Must have a proven ability to develop, plan, and implement solutions for customer satisfaction.

You will also assist the Sales teams in evaluating prospective customer needs and developing a strategic plan to help customers achieve revenue and other business objectives.

The successful candidate will possess strong customer relations/communications skills, the ability to work independently without supervision, and a knowledge of OS hardware structures. A college degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred. Knowledge of our current equipment line is a big plus, though you will receive comprehensive training.
