Build-Rite Engineering, the state's largest and most diversified engineering and construction firm, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical design engineer. Must have 5 years experience working as a Design Engineer for a reputable E&C firm, or 5-10 years experience working as an Equipment Engineer for a vendor. You will be working on-site at our world-class facilities in Phoenix, Arizona.
This position requires experience in writing technical specs for rotating and miscellaneous equipment (pumps, compressors, material handling equipment), preparing RFQ packages for equipment inquiry, bid tap on equipment, drawing review, and installations/start-up assistance.
Requirements include computer literacy, a mechanical engineering degree, the ability to climb ladders and stairs, plus outstanding communication and organization skills.
