Liberty Manufacturing is a privately owned production facility which services the commercial building products industry. In operation since 1914, we pride ourselves on quick turnaround, high product reliability, and personal service. Many of our clients depend on us to produce custom fixtures that meet their stringent product specs, tight budgets, and demanding schedules. We meet those requests by maintaining strict control over the entire production process. Currently, we are looking for a experienced Manufacturing Engineering specializing in Surface Mount Technology to join our team.

You'll provide support for a dynamic electronic assembly process. Oversee the Surface Mount and Through Hole insertion phases of production. Work with designers to develop producibility standards, ensure producibility, and provide on-going feedback on system performance and maintenance. Serve as a liaison with internal and external Engineering teams.

The candidate we seek will have:

*  Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
*  Minimum of 4 years experience in SMT process support,
      preferably hands-on
*  Excellent communication skills
*  Supervisory experience
