Multi-million dollar producer of profile-wrapped MDF mouldings for the furniture and building products industries seeks a qualified Industrial Engineer. We offer a complete start-to-finish facility with state-of-the-art technology.
Located between Chicago and Milwaukee, Racine offers easy access to big city life plus wonderful winter recreational opportunities.
You'll be responsible for production tooling, plant engineering, and equipment maintenance. This position reports directly to the General Manager and supervises a staff of three maintenance mechanics and six tool specialists. Also oversees standard production lines and serves as a consultant for custom tooling projects. Prefer candidates with experience in budget development and inventory management.
Position Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in related field + 5 years experience
* Thorough knowledge of industrial woodworking machinery
and industrial electrical repair
* Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience
* Proficiency with AutoCAD for Windows
