County office seeks a state-licensed Surveyor to manage staff and official property records for the county. Will maintain all existing residential and commercial site maps, update all records, confirm all deed and property line inquiries, and consult with local builders, architects, and county engineers.
Qualified candidate should have a minimum of 5 years field experience, a background in construction and site management, supervisory skills, and organizational skills. A knowledge of computer mapping programs and data management is helpful.
Salary ranges from $37,800-$42,600. In addition, the county provides a commercial truck, 15 paid holidays + vacation, full medical and life insurance, and a generous pension plan. All county offices are non-smoking. A pre-employment drug screen is mandatory. No relocation assistance.
