LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT needed for reputable architectural and engineering firm. Client base consists primarily of schools and other public facilities.
You will be responsible for the design and development of all assigned project land areas. You will confer with clients and building designers to determine creative objectives, then analyze site conditions, including drainage, soil, rock formations, and natural or man-made site features. Working as part of a project team, you will also prepare site plans, working drawings, cost estimates, environmental impact analyses, and construction guidelines.
Requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of all city, state, and federal environmental regulations
* Team player
* Creativity and innovative concepts
* Ability to use computer design software
