JOHNSTOWN -- At least 50 jobs are on the line as another Johnstown-area business may be shutting down.
According to employees at General Kinetics Incorporated, in Upper Yoder Township, the company will close its doors for good Wednesday.
Employees said nearly 40 workers were told GKI is closing and will file for bankruptcy. Workers said they are shocked and very disappointed, despite layoffs last year.
Company employees said they were told those layoffs were temporary and people would be returning to work. Now, some of those people, who have been making cabinets for the military for years, said the warning signs were there all along.
GKI leaders did not return phone calls for comment.
