Verizon Wireless to Add Jobs in Indianapolis

Verizon Wireless says it will be creating 26 new jobs in its retail sales and business sales channels in Indianapolis.

The company says in the past two months it has added 15 workers to its central Indiana operations.

INDIANAPOLIS—Verizon Wireless announced today it is adding 26 new positions in its retail sales and business sales channels in Indianapolis by the end of the year. The jobs include openings for retail sales representatives, customer service representatives, store greeters, business account executives, business sales managers, store managers and an assistant store manager.

Along with a highly competitive pay and bonus structure, the positions offer a generous benefits package, including health benefits beginning on the first day of employment, merit increases, profit-sharing, dollar-for-dollar 401(k) company match up to six percent of salary, tuition reimbursement, employee wireless phone discount program, and more.

In the past two months, Verizon Wireless has filled an additional 15 newly created positions in the Indianapolis area. The company’s goal in adding new jobs is to enhance the overall experience of its customers.
