Add to that the 70 employees Wausau Benefits announced earlier in the week they'd be letting go and that's close to 400 hundred people that will be looking for new jobs before this year is up.
According to job placement worker Tom Younger, the majority of displaced workers should be absorbed into our current work force and the two companies who've announced lay-offs this week made it a bit easier for their employees.
"What Wausau Benefits and Fiskars has done is to be able to say look, this is a business decision we had to make and we're going to give you as much notice as we can so you can start to look for a job and go on with your life."
Job Service employees and others will head over to both companies to talk to them about options that are available to them.
Tom says he's hoping most employees will have new jobs before they're even laid off.
