Call Center To Bring 300 Jobs To OttumwaAssociated Press

A market research company has announced plans to open a call center that will employ up to 300 people in Ottumwa.
Chicago-based Synovate will move into a former APAC call center in downtown Ottumwa after renovations are complete.
The company has similar call centers in Prince George, British Columbia; Fresno, California; and Miami.
The Ottumwa center will create 300 full- and part-time positions.
Synovate provides consumer information to clients. It is the market research arm of London-based Aegis Group, a marketing services company.
