U.S. Cellular plans to add 100 customer service positions in its Waukesha customer care center location.
The Chicago-based telecommunications company is participating in the Workforce Development Center Spring Job Fair on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Waukesha County Technical College.
Waukesha’s Customer Care Center is one of five call centers nationwide. U.S. Cellular currently employs 400 associates in the care center and an additional 200 associates at the National Financial Services Center in Madison.
