IRS Hiring in Kansas City

Officials with the Internal Revenue Service said they need to fill about 2,000 jobs in Kansas City for tax season.
IRS officials said that they are looking for tax examiners, clerks and data transcribers. Officials said that the positions will be on a full-time seasonal basis, and that both day and night shifts are available. Beginning salaries vary by position and range from $9.91 to $17.66 per hour.
