Convergys Hiring In Greenville, Wisconsin

Who's hiring? Here's good news for call center and sales professionals: Convergys Corp. is hiring. Citing strong growth among its clients, Convergys yesterday announced plans to start filling 125 new positions in its Greenville, Wisconsin facility. Convergys, which is based in Cincinnati, currently employs 250 agents at its office near the Outagamie County Regional Airport in Greenville.
Among the positions to be filled are customer service representatives for a major health care client and sales professionals to serve in a business-to-business capacity for a major technology account, according to Rosann Milius, Convergys operation spokeswoman. Posts to deal with dental and pharmaceutical clients also will be available.
In preparation for filling the positions, Convergys will be holding an open house from noon to 6:00 pm on Thursday, September 8th at its offices at W6280 Aerotech Drive.
“We’re hiring for sales professionals, customer service representatives, account managers. But it’s also important for people to know we promote from within, so we offer a lot of growth opportunities,” Milius said.
