Increased Call Volume and Customer Demand Creates Customer Service, Technical Support, and Management Positions at DecisionOne

FRAZER, Pa.--DecisionOne announced today its Tulsa, Oklahoma, Call Center will be hiring an additional 290 new full-time employees in the next 90-days. The new positions are required to meet growing customer demand and higher call volumes at DecisionOne's CityPlex Towers Call Center facility. Available positions include approximately 75 Customer Service, 200 Technical Support, and 15 management jobs.
According to Jeff Uthoff, Vice President of Call Center Services at DecisionOne, "This latest recruitment effort is the third hiring initiative at the Tulsa Call Center in the last twelve months. The additional positions will enable us to proactively address the needs of our rapidly growing customer base at this location."
