GLENDALE, Calif. -- PSI Enhances 50 Years of Employment Testing Expertise with Leading Edge Web-Based Assessment Platform Designed to Meet the Needs of Any Corporate Enterprise

Psychological Services, Inc. (PSI) today announced the availability of its Web-based Assessment Technology and Licensing Administration System (ATLAS(TM)) for the corporate and enterprise market. ATLAS offers a robust and flexible browser-based platform to manage the pre-employment testing cycle.

ATLAS delivers PSI's core set of industry leading cognitive and attitude tests designed for assessment of employees and job candidates at any level of an organization. ATLAS can serve as a centralized employment-testing platform by giving corporations complete flexibility to manage test purchasing controls, either by aggregating at the corporate-level or distributing test purchasing to many locations.

ATLAS builds upon PSI's mission to provide simple and easy testing solutions delivered in a secure environment. ATLAS' tiered account infrastructure enables PSI clients to set-up multiple testing locations and users with access privileges to only the system features they need. Test set-up is simple and completed quickly, providing features to design custom test combinations and score reports.

PSI customers have job candidates complete tests by visiting an easy to remember custom URL and entering a secure test ID. Test results are immediately available to recruiters and hiring managers upon completion of tests by job candidates. All ATLAS features are available in a co-branded testing site that provides a seamless experience for both test administrators and candidates.

ATLAS' XML interface allows for simple integration or data interchange with other XML compliant HR applications, including recruitment and HR management systems. As a member of the HR-XML Consortium, PSI joins a host of HR application vendors to support the group's forthcoming HR-XML standard for data interchange.
